Lately, there has been a sudden push for redevelopment in the city, and Raghuleela Mall is one of the several old, or loss-bearing structures, to be razed down for new projects. Well, though it would send waves of nostalgia through the city to lose on of the most iconic malls belonging to the city, it would be a wise decision for the owners, considering the fact that every square inch of the city is fast becoming a gold mine for builders, and money, takes precedence over everything else!
