In a move that combines legacy with innovation, CYK Hospitalities has unveiled the new avatar of My Bar Headquarters in Meerut, reinterpreting one of Delhi’s most iconic bar brands for a new market. Designed and executed end-to-end by CYK—from concept to SOPs, kitchen planning to staff training—the Meerut outlet marks a bold regional expansion rooted in familiarity yet flavored with novelty.
Born in 2009 in Paharganj as a small backpacker’s café-bar, My Bar Headquarters grew into a cult favorite across Delhi-NCR, known for its accessible prices, eclectic menu, and vibe-heavy experience. The Meerut outpost elevates this identity into a three-tier destination that blends food, ambiance, and nightlife in a way the city has never seen before.
Here’s what Meerut’s newest hotspot looks like:
- Level 2: Mediterranean-inspired décor meets Sufi nights and family fine-dining.
- Level 3: A grand bar setup sets the tone for DJ-led evenings and lively social scenes.
- Rooftop: Private cabanas with breezy city views perfect for chill evenings and sundowners.
The menu retains its global flair—Indian, Mediterranean, Continental, Chinese, and Tandoori—fine-tuned by CYK through deep menu engineering and costing. The live wood-fired pizza station is the crowd magnet, combining theatre with taste.
“Being a brand that has always connected with the masses, it was important to evolve without losing our essence,” shared Bharat Agarwal, co-founder of My Bar Headquarters.
Pranjal Bansal added, “It wasn’t about duplicating Delhi. It was about making something that speaks Meerut’s language while still feeling like My Bar.”
Speaking on the transformation, Pulkit Arora, Director at CYK Hospitalities, said:
“Legacy brands need reimagination, not replication. This project wasn’t just about design—it was about creating a future-ready brand without letting go of the nostalgia. Meerut’s My Bar now reflects just that—rooted and refreshed.”
The launch exemplifies CYK Hospitalities’ reputation for crafting holistic F&B destinations that fuse design, backend precision, and local flavor to build experiences that last.
