CREDAI-BANM unveils Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025: City set to become India’s next-gen metropolis

CREDAI-BANM has officially announced the 24th Navi Mumbai Property Expo 2025, one of the region’s most anticipated real estate showcases, during a press conference held at the BANM office in Vashi on Thursday. The Expo will take place from December 12 to 15, 2025 at the CIDCO Exhibition Centre, Vashi.

This year’s theme — “Navi Mumbai: Runway to the Future” — reflects the city’s transformation into one of India’s fastest-growing and most promising real estate hubs. With the Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA) Phase 1 nearing readiness by December 2025, developers predict a monumental shift in connectivity, economic activity, and investment opportunities.

The Expo will bring together 60 developers presenting over 500 projects, ranging from affordable options starting at ₹20 lakh to premium offerings up to ₹20 crore, making it a one-stop destination for every homebuyer segment.

As part of its public outreach initiative, CREDAI-BANM will host a special seminar on redevelopment for housing society members and the general public on Sunday, December 14 at the Expo venue.

Adding excitement for visitors, the Expo will feature a “Double Dhamaka” spot-booking lucky draw, where two homebuyers will drive home a new car each.

E.V Homes is the title sponsor, while Paradise Group and Emperia Group are the main sponsors, with Gami Group and Shreeji Venture as co-sponsors. State Bank of India returns as the official banking partner along with participation from several leading financial institutions to offer instant home-loan facilitation for buyers.

Rasik Chauhan, President, CREDAI-BANM

“Navi Mumbai today stands on the threshold of a historic leap. With the airport and multiple mega-infrastructure projects progressing at record speed, this Expo will give homebuyers direct access to projects that are shaping the city’s next-generation identity. We want families to see how bright their future can be here.”

Vasant Bhadra, Past President, CREDAI-BANM

“Over the years, Navi Mumbai has steadily evolved into a model urban centre. The Expo brings transparency, choice, and trustworthy developers under one roof, which helps buyers make informed decisions. This platform has consistently strengthened the bond between developers and citizens.”

Mahesh Patel, Joint Secretary, CREDAI-BANM

“From affordable homes to luxury towers, the diversity of projects showcased this year reflects Navi Mumbai’s inclusive real estate growth story. The Expo empowers buyers with clarity, guidance, and direct access to builders without any middlemen.”

Devang Trivedi, Trustee Board Chairman

“The redevelopment seminar is one of our most crucial initiatives this year. Thousands of aging societies are looking for clarity and direction, and we aim to give them expert guidance. Redevelopment will define Navi Mumbai’s next 20 years.”

Jigar Trivedi, Secretary, CREDAI-BANM

“As connectivity improves and new business districts emerge, the city is witnessing unprecedented demand. This Expo showcases projects aligned with that momentum, making it the perfect opportunity for homebuyers to lock in investments before prices escalate further.”

Vicky Thomas, E.V Homes – Title Sponsor

“Navi Mumbai is no longer a satellite city; it is a powerful economic force. Being the title sponsor is a privilege as we believe this Expo will accelerate homeownership and bring families closer to their dream homes through genuine opportunities and exclusive offerings.”
