The CREDAI-BANM Raigad Welfare Association has announced its 9th Property Expo 2026, to be held from 6th to 9th February 2026 at the Open Ground opposite Khandeshwar Railway Station, Kamothe. The event marks a defining moment for Navi Mumbai and Raigad as they enter what industry leaders are calling a golden era of real estate growth.
Over the years, the CREDAI-BANM Raigad Property Expo has emerged as one of Maharashtra’s most influential real estate platforms, attracting more than 50,000 visitors per edition. With massive infrastructure upgrades now operational, the organisers expect the footfall to nearly double in 2026, making it the largest property expo ever held in the region.
